2. Registration Process

This platform allows parents and guardians to register children for events and camps organised by Willingness. By submitting a registration, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child or children being registered, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Payments are processed securely through Revolut. Your registration is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed. Willingness does not store your card details -- these are handled entirely by Revolut.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a registration or request a refund, please contact Willingness directly through our website at willingness.com.mt/contact-us. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the specific terms of the event or camp you registered for.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes medical information, emergency contacts, and children's details. Willingness is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Willingness or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this platform without prior written permission from Willingness.

7. Limitation of Liability

Willingness makes reasonable efforts to ensure this platform operates correctly and that the information presented is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willingness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform.
